VICTORIA T. FERRARA - PRINCIPAL

A graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, Attorney Victoria T. Ferrara has been practicing law in Fairfield County for the past 20 years. During that time, she has been appointed as a Special Master to mediate cases for the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

She has represented numerous corporate clients including GE ImageSpan, Inc., Flight Services Group, Inc., and Priority Mortgage Group, Inc., as well as many individual clients. Publications include: Submitting Charges to the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, Greater Bridgeport Bar Association Newsletter (February, 2000); Disability and Estate Planning for the Terminally Ill, Connecticut Bar Association Estates and Probate Newsletter (1993); and, Preparing the Medical Expert for Deposition, Cardiac Accents, Volume 1, No. 2 (Fall, 1989).

In addition, she has served as president of the Mid-Fairfield AIDS Project; as a member of the Sacred Heart University Board of Regents; and as the Vice Chairman of Legal Affairs for the Westport/Weston Chamber of Commerce. Attorney Ferrara is currently on the Board of Directors for the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, she is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association as well as the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association, and she is on the affiliate faculty at Sacred Heart University where she teaches business law. She graduated with a B.A. from Fairfield University, Magna Cum Laude, in 1978.

CHRISTOPHER M. GALLAGHER - ASSOCIATE

A graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law, Attorney Christopher M. Gallagher joined the Law Firm of Victoria T. Ferrara, P.C., on September 5, 2005. During law school Mr. Gallagher was the first recipient of the New Haven County Bar Foundation’s Book Award which is given annually to a law student from one of the three Connecticut law schools who demonstrates outstanding contributions to the legal community by demonstrating commitment to the community through public service. Attorney Gallagher is a member of the Connecticut, New Haven County and Bridgeport Bar Associations and was admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut on November 7, 2005. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton in 2000 and served as a legislative aide to the Pennsylvania State Treasurer for two years prior to law school.

JENNIFER L. BENDETT - CERTIFIED PARALEGAL

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Jennifer Bendett has been a paralegal in Fairfield County for over 10 years. She has extensive experience in all areas of real estate closings, loan transactions and title issues. In addition to real estate, Jennifer’s experience includes foreclosure litigation and estate planning. In addition to being a paralegal extraordinaire, Jennifer was a patient educator, good listener and supportive every step of way.

PENNIE A. PACQUETTE - LEGAL ASSISTANT

Ms. Pennie Pacquette completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland with an emphasis in Bioethics in December, 2004. In her position as legal assistant, she provides writing, research and administrative assistance to the firm’s clients with a sharp attention to detail and a sensitive approach to each client’s needs.

BETH ANNE FERRARO - FIRM MANAGER

Beth Anne Ferraro joined the firm on a part-time basis in October of 2007 and began full-time in June of 2008. Beth Anne earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Besides managing her home, family and many community services, Beth Anne brings 10 years Executive Assistant / Office Management experience to the firm.
